This role is responsible for overseeing the continued development and maintenance of office and site facilities, including exteriors, interiors, building equipment, and grounds. The position involves managing inventory, coordinating with vendors for supplies and services, scheduling maintenance and cleaning, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and conducive to patient care. Additionally, the role manages maintenance contracts, oversees cyclical maintenance projects, assists with building projects (repair, construction, renovation), oversees building security and safety, and aids in disaster planning. The position also monitors the Ticket Tracking System.
