About The Position
Progressive Rehab of PA, Inc., is looking to hire a Part-Time/Per Diem Maintenance Worker in Milford, PA. Our mission is to empower people with acquired brain injuries to live their best lives. Progressive Rehab is located in 35 locations in Milford, from houses to our administration buildings and clinics. Our ideal Maintenance Worker is flexible to changes in daily routine, demonstrates strong communication skills and is motivated to complete assigned duties. The Maintenance Worker will be completing routine maintenance and repairs at Progressive Rehab offices and client residences.
Requirements
- General maintenance, handyman tasks and renovations experience required.
- Flexible to changes in daily routine
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Motivated to complete assigned duties
Responsibilities
- Routinely check houses and office buildings for maintenance items; i.e.. repairs, light bulbs, frayed wires, painting, safety issues, etc.
- Responds to notification of broken or damaged items and assess whether or not this item is the responsibility of the landlord, or Progressive Rehab.
- Complete any other duty assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
