Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean and valid NYS driver’s license
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, when needed
• Demonstrated verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance including, but not limited to: Repair of equipment, building, furniture
• Light construction
• Painting
• Moves of equipment, furniture
• Grounds – field striping and other grounds maintenance
• Events - set-up and tear-down
• Participate in activities around campus logistics, as needed
• Building maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, Hvac, and carpentry
• General cleaning
• Event set-up including moving equipment, furniture and other items
• Other duties as assigned
