Requirements

Experience in building maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Friendly, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
Prepare apartments and resident rooms for new move-ins.
Complete work orders promptly while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Assist with building inspections, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain outdoor areas, equipment, and community grounds as needed.
Respond to maintenance emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
Assist residents with transportation, appointments, or special projects when needed.
Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
