Maintenace Worker
About The Position
Per Diem - Days. Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of the building and grounds of the facility while maintaining a safe environment. Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, and replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed. Completes work orders as directed by the department manager or maintenance lead. Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as needed. Provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience accepted in lieu of high school diploma/equivalency.
