About The Position

Facility Maintenance Worker - Large Senior Living Community Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm We are seeking a stellar Maintenance Director to join our team at a large senior living community in Sun City. Our Maintenance Worker keeps our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly.

Requirements

Requires two years of related maintenance experience and some formal training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.
Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs at assigned location, problem solve, plan, organize, communicate, and cooperate with others.
Must have an AZ Fingerprint Clearance card or have the ability to obtain one
Clean background check.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance work on a daily basis, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance by either providing these activities or working as a team member to achieve these results.
Maintains the grounds by mowing, sweeping, and trimming trees and shrubs, or other activities, such that the outside grounds are always presentable.
