Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years’ related work experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for cleaning and general maintenance work orders throughout the center.
The Maintenance Technician performs interior and exterior janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments according to work orders.
Performs minor building construction tasks, mows lawns, maintains grounds, and picks up trash and papers.
Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair and kept in appropriate storage sheds and closets.
Transports equipment and/or commodities throughout the center.
Maintains a work environment of zero accidents and injuries including no loss-time accidents.
