About The Position

Friendship Village is seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual to join our Maintenance team working the 2nd shift. This position involves performing general maintenance, providing transportation services for residents, and ensuring security throughout the community. Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Must have transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and other scheduled destinations.
• Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents.
• Perform general maintenance duties, including repairs, basic troubleshooting, furniture moving, and upkeep of the building and grounds.
• Conduct routine security checks of the property and monitor for safety/security concerns.
• Assist with emergency situations and follow established safety and security procedures.
