The Maintenance Worker/Patient Transport Driver role supports a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors through skilled maintenance, repairs, and preventive measures, in compliance with company policy, state and federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, local building codes, and OSHA requirements. Tasks may include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair or installation, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, gardening, light-duty construction, maintenance, and other duties as assigned. May also be required to perform housekeeping, grounds, security, and patient transport duties as needed. Employees must successfully complete all required orientation and training and consistently demonstrate professionalism, customer service skills, and the ability to interact effectively with our patient population.
