About The Position

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Sprenkle Drive is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Requirements

Previous maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Experience using hand and power tools safely
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology, or related certification preferred
CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment in a timely and professional manner
Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, outlets, and fixtures
Maintain heating, ventilation, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections including pest control and upkeep
Repair doors, locks, windows, walls, and other building components
Monitor and assist with fire alarm and safety systems
Complete painting, carpentry, landscaping, and general maintenance projects
