About The Position
Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all residences in the Scatter Site I Program.
Requirements
- Related maintenance experience.
- A clean and valid driver’s license without accidents, suspensions and revocations.
- Ability to drive a box truck.
- Ability to establish workload priorities.
- Physical ability to perform the essential job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments.
- Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections
- Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary.
- Clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy.
- Remove snow/ice on the various residences property.
- Keep accurate logs of daily activities.
- Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduled repairs.
