Requirements

  • Completion of at least 10th grade is required.
  • One to three months of related maintenance experience or training.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook email) to manage administrative tasks and communication.
  • A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) to conduct official company business.

Nice To Haves

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform essential repairs including plumbing, minor electrical work, and furniture, fence, and window restoration.
  • Maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of our facilities through interior painting and ceiling repairs.
  • Construct shelves and other necessary fixtures to support departmental needs.
  • Manage basic groundskeeping tasks, including snow and ice removal and minor pothole repairs.
  • Remain available on-call for emergency repairs to ensure facility safety at all times.
  • Model professional and courteous behavior, treating all colleagues and stakeholders with respect regardless of background or identity.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
