Requirements

Completion of at least 10th grade is required.
One to three months of related maintenance experience or training.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook email) to manage administrative tasks and communication.
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) to conduct official company business.

Nice To Haves

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform essential repairs including plumbing, minor electrical work, and furniture, fence, and window restoration.
Maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of our facilities through interior painting and ceiling repairs.
Construct shelves and other necessary fixtures to support departmental needs.
Manage basic groundskeeping tasks, including snow and ice removal and minor pothole repairs.
Remain available on-call for emergency repairs to ensure facility safety at all times.
Model professional and courteous behavior, treating all colleagues and stakeholders with respect regardless of background or identity.
Ensure all work is conducted in adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
