About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining KRCC facilities in a safe and good condition. This includes performing renovation and remodeling projects, maintaining grounds, and conducting various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, cleaning, and moving.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry heavy objects.
• Requires relevant experience.
• May require HS/GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform renovation and remodeling projects as assigned.
• Maintain grounds.
• Conduct maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, cleaning, and moving.
• Submit monthly work logs.
• Maintain tool inventory and report lost or broken tools.
• Participate in process improvement activities as directed by program needs.
• Maintain a safe work area for employees and the public.
• Provide backup for co-workers as required.
• Participate in all department meetings and skill enhancement activities as required.
