About The Position
Performs various repairs to insure that the Lodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience of light repair and maintenance.
- Ability to use/climb ladders.
- Ability to be on feet for continuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch and lift.
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Ability to drive lodge vehicles and be insured.
