Everclean is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our Operations team. In this role, you will ensure our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and support preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Previous handyman or maintenance experience required
  • Familiarity with general building systems (electrical, carpentry, repairs)
  • Ability to travel and work across multiple sites in the Lower Mainland
  • Open availability and flexibility to meet operational needs
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures (WHMIS knowledge is an asset)

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing experience highly preferred
  • Scissor Lift and Fall Protection certifications preferred
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues and safety concerns
  • Repair and maintain building fixtures such as doors, locks, lighting, walls, and flooring
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, tenants, or management
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites
  • Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts (training provided if required)
  • Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection standards
  • Travel between multiple sites across the Lower Mainland as needed
  • Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for larger repairs
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and records of completed work
  • Other duties as required by the Site Manager/Site Lead
