About The Position
Performs a variety of skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry, and completes related maintenance and repair work as required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of methods, materials, and procedures used in general repair and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, machinery, and their proper operation for a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety practices, and required precautions.
- Ability to operate, clean, maintain, and perform basic repairs on tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions, assess situations, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to use materials efficiently and exercise good judgment in their selection and application.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other personnel.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments effectively.
- Completion of the tenth grade.
- Experience in building and plant maintenance involving a variety of skilled work, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of vocational education.
- Two years of experience in trade services.
