Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting
At least 21 years of age
Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Practical experience in troubleshooting and routine HVAC maintenance

Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
Completing work orders.
Performing general building maintenance.
Assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
