Requirements

• Maintenance or repair experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields).
• A problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to interact with seniors and staff.
• Flexibility to help with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies.
• Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and more to keep systems running smoothly.
• Prepare rooms and ensure each space is ready for move-ins.
• Assist with inspections, work with contractors, and follow building codes and safety standards.
• Help with outings, appointments, and provide a friendly, helpful presence in the community.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and respond with a positive attitude.
