About The Position

Falcon Farms is one of the leading distributors of fresh-cut flowers in the United States. Since 1987, the company has grown in production and commercialization, now operating 10 flower farms in Colombia and Ecuador. Our commercial and distribution presence in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach allows us to serve wholesale customers and the mass market nationwide. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Worker for our facilities in Phoenix to help us with cleaning and general maintenance. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $15.60 per hour. Requirements

• No specific requirements.
• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience performing office cleaning duties.
• Basic Spanish or English.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to follow cleaning and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the office, break rooms, maintenance areas, and overall facilities.
• Ensure a constant supply of essential items in common areas and restrooms.
• Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and as-needed cleaning routines.
• Organize maintenance supply shelves.
• Restock daily-use items in the break room area.
• Prepare coffee.
• Collect and dispose of trash from office areas, restrooms, and the cafeteria.
• Provide support in any other areas where needed.
