About The Position

As a Hot Tub Maintenance & Warehouse Technician, you’ll learn practical maintenance and service skills while supporting deliveries, installations, and warehouse operations. You’ll earn $20.53–$26.70 per hour and receive strong benefits, including employer-sponsored medical coverage, 100% employer-paid dental and vision for you and eligible dependents, a 401(k) match up to 4%, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and tuition benefits. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that may require frequent standing, bending, crouching, and lifting or carrying equipment and materials. The day may include work in the warehouse, outdoors, at customer locations in varying Alaska weather. Travel to customer locations for maintenance visits, service support, deliveries, and installations using company vehicles is also part of the role.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to successfully complete required background and motor vehicle record checks

Experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics, or similar environment

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled hot tub water changes, cleaning, water testing, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting at customer locations.
Work alongside experienced technicians to support service calls, repairs, hot tub deliveries, installations, and relocations while developing practical technical skills.
Receive, inspect, organize, and track inventory, equipment, parts, and supplies while keeping the warehouse safe and organized.
Prepare, load, transport, and unload hot tubs, water-treatment equipment, chemicals, parts, and other materials for customer appointments and deliveries.
Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations by answering basic product and maintenance questions and representing the company well.
