About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Utility Maintenance / Van Driver to join our team. This position's primary responsibilities include scrubbing and maintaining facility doors and providing shuttle transportation services using a company vehicle. Additional duties may include general cleaning, property upkeep, light maintenance, and other operational tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist with a variety of responsibilities to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Scrub, clean, and maintain doors and entryways
- Conduct scheduled shuttle runs safely and professionally
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with facility upkeep and special projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
