About The Position
VAL-CO, a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, is seeking a Maintenance Utility Associate for its Coldwater, Ohio facility. The role supports general facility upkeep and maintenance, completes pickup and delivery runs, maintains lawns and landscaping, helps with snow removal, and assists the maintenance team with general requests.
Requirements
- Ability to complete onsite forklift training upon hire.
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to use the tools appropriate to the job, including lawn equipment and hand tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and upkeep.
- Perform pickup and delivery runs.
- Maintain lawns and landscaping.
- Help with snow removal.
- Assist maintenance with general requests.
