About The Position

This role involves performing maintenance on machinery and equipment, including inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair. The position requires the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical and electronic issues, as well as maintain the physical structure of the establishment. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance and the use of machine tools for part repair.

Requirements

• Ability to visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Ability to listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction.
• Ability to discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
• Ability to dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and install mechanical and electronic components of machinery.
• Ability to repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Ability to repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
• Ability to install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in operating machine tools such as lathe, drill, and milling machine to repair machine parts.
• Ability to perform in-depth preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
