Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as required

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems as needed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
Assist with special projects and renovations to uphold the historic integrity of the property
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
