About The Position
Maintenance A is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, welding and repair of facilities and equipment. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems, general equipment, and facilities, including plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. The technician will also perform general welding for equipment repair and framing molds for tooling, and will oversee the work of full-time helpers, instructing and training the team engaged in related operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of a variety of general maintenance, electrical and plumbing hand and power tools, forklifts, tractors, and motor vehicles.
- Mig Welding

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in custodial or maintenance preferred
- Drivers License
