We are searching for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our dynamic team, for a full-time, year-round position. This position focuses on the Nags Head area and southern beaches. At Sun Realty, we've been setting the standard in vacation rental houses for over 46 years, and now we're looking for dedicated individuals to help us maintain our exceptional homeowners’ investment properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the properties we represent remain in top-notch condition. From troubleshooting to repairs, you'll be the hero that keeps everything running smoothly.

Requirements

2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance
Basic carpentry skills
A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Basic knowledge of residential plumbing
Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds
Reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language
Operation of basic tools and equipment
Smart phone or similar electronic device
