About The Position

The Maintenance Technician associate will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment. This is a 2nd Shift opening from 2pm - 10pm with a pay rate of $35.85/hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma and one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Will be required to pass the eligibility test provided by Snap-on
• Ability to read and interpret part diagrams
• Ability to use shop mathematics, work with fairly complicated drawings, and good troubleshooting ability
• Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance including motors, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and control issues.
• Checks, analyzes, reconnects, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines.
• Disconnects motors, solenoids and performs minor electrical repairs on de-energized circuits and equipment.
• Rebuilds gear boxes and electrical motors.
