About The Position
Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world! We are hiring a maintenance technician to join our team! Shift hours: 6PM-6AM. - FT Work in just 3-4 days per week!
Requirements
- 2-5 years maintenance experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Must be able to work independently with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Good communication and a strong sense of urgency to resolve problems required.
- We are seeking someone who will drive root cause solutions and has a focus on performing quality work.
Nice To Haves
- PLC knowledge a plus.
- Food industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance technician work throughout our 24/7 cheese manufacturing plant.
- Maintenance tasks include electrical work, welding, equipment repair, pneumatics, pump repair, motor troubleshooting, advanced mechanics, waste water controls, computerized operating systems, HVAC and high pressure steam systems.
