Maintenance Technician II Performs semi-skilled, skilled, and technical work in maintaining facilities, grounds, and assets of Gunnison County and the County Housing Authority. Pay Rate Maintenance Technician I Starting hourly range is from $25.64 to $36.27 depending on experience, plus full benefits. Maintenance Technician II Starting hourly range is from $28.53 to $40.36 depending on experience, plus full benefits. The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month. Requirements
- Must pass criminal background check.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Must have the ability to send and receive cellular data.
- Must monitor and respond to the work order system notifications.
- Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license upon date of hire.
- Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.
