About The Position

The Entry‑Level Maintenance Technician assists with maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role provides structured training to build core maintenance and engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, engineering or technical roles
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical or electromechanical systems
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Ability to follow technical documentation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to minimise downtime
• Use technical drawings, manuals and diagnostic tools
• Ensure work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
• Record maintenance activities, repairs and inspections accurately
• Support installation, commissioning and testing of new equipment
• Work with production, engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency improvements
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned
