About The Position

We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering, the HVAC Maintenance Technician will be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance. Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Previous hands-on maintenance experience
• Proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting/drywall
• All tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
