Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.

Responsibilities

Start, stop and operate various equipment and systems.
Perform repairs to facility plumbing systems.
Perform various building maintenance and repair.
Assist with electrical, mechanical and construction projects.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to support operational needs.
Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts as needed.
