About The Position

The Maintenance Technician supports third-shift manufacturing operations in Wickliffe, Ohio. This hands-on industrial role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and helping maintain reliable operations. The technician works with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and supports PLC troubleshooting, light programming, robotics maintenance, and plant maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Vacuum furnace maintenance and repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support PLC troubleshooting, light programming, and robotics maintenance.
• Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting repairs as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
• Support plant maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
