Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused under pressure
• Weekend availability required
• Shared on-call participation required
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required

Nice To Haves

• Appliance repair experience is a plus
• Plumbing repair experience is a plus
• HVAC experience is a plus
• CPO certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Maintain the appearance and upkeep of community grounds
• Complete drywall repairs and painting projects
• Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
