About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager with smooth operations so customers can be served promptly. This customer-facing role includes general customer service, helping resolve issues and provide a positive customer experience. No experience is required; training is provided. Technicians support store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service. They use various tools and equipment for facility upkeep and operations, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as cashier roles, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires putting customer safety and satisfaction first and following company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Repair and maintain equipment and systems, including HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
