About The Position

Athos Properties Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Garden Cove Apartments (200 units) in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors. One must be able to demonstrate basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas and follow company policies and procedures. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by his Supervisor. Other duties include ongoing preventative maintenance; make ready maintenance and other duties and projects deemed necessary by management. Participation in the maintenance on-call rotation is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors.
