About The Position
MacLean Power Systems is seeking Off-Shift Maintenance Technicians for a full-time position on the 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:00am, Sunday - Friday). This role is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment. We offer a transparent pay structure with a base entry rate of $26.05 per hour, with a skill-based range up to $37.77 per hour, plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Higher starting wages and guaranteed future pay increases are available.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with motor control circuits.
- Familiarity with high voltages (3-phase).
- Ability to work second shift, third shift, and overtime as necessary.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of PLCs.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of foundry and machine shop equipment.
- Change parts, keep machines in working order, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics to diagnose issues.
- Diagnose complex malfunctions, troubleshoot ladder logic/PLCs, and handle high-voltage/3-phase power.
- Utilize the CMMS system for documentation and work through tasks with minimal supervision.
