About The Position

We are seeking reliable and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our die-cast manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility alongside a collaborative team dedicated to minimizing downtime and supporting production goals. Shift Schedule (2nd shift): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent maintenance experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or die-cast environment preferred.
Technical high school or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and flexibility to support production schedules.

Nice To Haves

Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Familiarity with die-cast manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment is a plus.
Basic welding or fabrication experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and repair of die-cast production equipment and related machinery.
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and component replacements as needed.
Assist production teams in maintaining efficient workflow and equipment performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work.
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and productivity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
