About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining fabrication and industrial equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment lifespan and avoid breakdowns. The technician will also be responsible for reading and interpreting manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks accurately, as well as assisting with minor facility and janitorial tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
• Technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical capability to lift equipment, climb ladders, kneel, squat, bend, and work in varying environments
• Good vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity.
• Availability to work evening, weekend, or emergency hours as needed.
• Computer literate.
