About The Position

The Maintenance Technician supports manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and related systems. The role works with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, as well as automation and robotics. It also performs preventive maintenance, helps with equipment upgrades and improvement projects, and contributes to a safe, clean, and organized work environment. This is a full-time second-shift position in Wickliffe, Ohio, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Vacuum furnace maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Support PLC troubleshooting, robotics maintenance, and production equipment repairs.
• Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting tasks as needed.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
• Support equipment upgrades, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
