Requirements

Effectively utilize a smart phone, Outlook and other basic computer programs
Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems (required)
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
Identify maintenance issues proactively and recommend solutions to prevent future problems
Complete assigned work orders efficiently and within established timeframes
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the building and surrounding grounds
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
