About The Position

This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment. Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and preparation of client’s property. Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the client’s property. Assist clients and associates in the resolution of maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions. Drive between MasterCorp client sites within the day to perform duties. Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade.
Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.
Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver’s License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow written instruction

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred.
