About The Position

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a full-time position with the following seasonal scheduling:
Summer Season: 1 or 2 weeks before Memorial Day (depending on occupancy) to 1 week before/after Labor day: Saturday - Wednesday: 2:30PM - 11:00PM, Off: Thursday and Friday
Off Season: Winter Schedule runts from 1 or 2 weeks before/after Labor Day, Monday - Friday: 5:30AM - 2:00PM

Requirements

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties: Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Painting
• Light Drywall Patches
• Basic Carpentry Skills
• Other duties as assigned by manager
