Maintenance Technician

About The Position
We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in property management and maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift from ground level
- Ability to climb steps, ladders, and extension ladders, and perform work overhead
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk for the majority of the work shift
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and general maintenance tasks as needed, with or without supervision
- Visually inspect HVAC systems and change filters as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and communicate effectively with owners, vendors, and team members
- Assist with and learn basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and similar trades
- Perform and document monthly systems checks
- Safely and effectively use basic hand and power tools
