About The Position

Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the club's equipment and structures. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, and delivering a premier country club experience while upholding Pinehurst Country Club's standards of excellence.

Requirements

One year of relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic carpentry preferred.
Knowledge of repairing various building applications and plumbing fixture repairs preferred.
Electrical background preferred; HVAC knowledge a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Available to work holiday and overtime hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform regular and emergency maintenance repairs on the club grounds.
Perform simple electrical duties and responsibilities.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and club facilities.
Effectively read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Collaborate and perform a variety of projects associated with building maintenance.
Use a variety of hand and power tools and materials.
Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, with good troubleshooting skills.
Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional job responsibilities as needed.
Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
