Maintenance Technician
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician maintains the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds to keep them in top condition and ensure public and private living areas meet expectations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. The role includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of building systems and equipment, completing general maintenance projects, and responding to requests from community directors and residents. The technician also communicates with local fire marshals, building inspectors, and other jurisdictions governing the community.

Responsibilities
- Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
- Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
- Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas.
- Maintain positive communication with local fire marshals, building inspectors, and other jurisdictions governing the community.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
