About The Position

Koch & Co. is seeking a maintenance technician to be part of their team. The maintenance technician will troubleshoot, perform maintenance on equipment and more.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced facility with attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of all areas in a cabinet facility
• Able to work without the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and fix production equipment.
• Electrical, pneumatics, PLC and hydraulic work when necessary.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on all equipment.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other maintenance staff to solve problems and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Willing to adapt to Koch & Co. procedures and processes.
• Maintain a safe workspace and help prevent accidents.
• Must follow all federal and state safety laws and guidelines.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
