Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our future beautiful 300+ unit property, Hunter's Pointe, located in Overland, Kansas. Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers. Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. This position does require on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Technical and HVAC understanding
- Electronic troubleshooting
- Equipment maintenance
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
