About The Position

Melrose Place is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to residential service requests and complete them in a timely manner. The technician will address maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, sheetrock, plumbing, and appliances; prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turnover repairs and improvements; and maintain grounds and common areas. The role also involves providing residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Basic plumbing repair skills, including toilets, faucets, disposals, and drain clogs.
Basic electrical repair skills, including outlets, switches, light fixtures, and GFCIs.
Experience repairing appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Skills in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities
