About The Position

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations at the Integra Life Sciences facility in Plainsboro, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, supporting daily facility operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep)
  • Conduct building rounds and inspections to identify and resolve issues
  • Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records
  • Coordinate and escort vendors and contractors on-site
  • Assist with equipment moves, setups, and facility-related tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and site procedures
  • Support site operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required

  • The compensation for the position is: $28.02 - $32.96
